London’s Lonely Underground

During the Covid pandemic I ventured out with my camera and explored the London Underground system, which was a surreal experience. The usual hustle and bustle had completely been eradicated and all that was left was the stunning architecture the city and specifically, The London Underground has to offer. The intricate details of the tube network often go unnoticed due to the fast paced nature of travel. With the stations and tunnels empty, I was able to appreciate all of the character and design that went in to creating this subterranean metropolis, capitalising on the rarest of opportunities. The work was published in Time Out and topos. magazines.
